This property had been on the market previously but had failed to sell. The owners decided to take some time before putting the property back on the market and asked us to provide home staging advice. The majority of the rooms just required small tweaks but we recommended a greater intervention in this bedroom in order to help it appeal to as many potential buyers as possible.

The red colour scheme was toned down with the introduction of more neutral tones, furniture was relocated to make the room appear larger and styling accessories added. When the property went back on the market it sold within 48 hours for the full asking price.
